Ask MRI questions in plain language
The AI MRI Tutor is designed for educational questions about MRI physics, pulse sequences, artifacts, parameters, anatomy concepts, safety concepts, coils, gradients, k-space, MRA, DTI and vendor-neutral workflow. The goal is to explain why an effect occurs and what tradeoffs are involved.
Learn by changing parameters
The Virtual MRI Lab focuses on variables such as TR, TE, TI, flip angle, FOV, matrix, slice thickness, NEX and bandwidth. Interactive experimentation helps learners connect each change to contrast, SNR, spatial resolution, scan time and artifact sensitivity.
Vendor-neutral foundations
Scanner interfaces and product names differ, but the underlying physics transfers. Training around first principles can make it easier to move between vendor ecosystems because learners understand what a control is trying to accomplish rather than memorizing only one interface.
Use AI as a tutor, not an authority
AI-generated explanations can be useful for learning but may be incomplete or incorrect. CoolMRIStuff educational tools should not be used for diagnosis, patient-specific decisions, implant clearance, clinical protocol authorization or replacement of manufacturer documentation and institutional policy.
Designed for active learning
The long-term learning model combines explanation, parameter experimentation, slice-positioning practice and competency checks. Active retrieval and immediate feedback can make technical concepts easier to revisit and apply.
